About these terms
These terms cover our website, salon appointment inquiries, and business messaging, including Google business messaging. They do not replace the service-specific terms shown when you book or purchase. Online product purchases are also covered by our Bonitas Shop Terms.

Contact bonitasbeauty@yahoo.com or 612-423-9480. Our salon is at 2909 Bryant Avenue S., Suite 104, Minneapolis, MN 55408. An inquiry or message does not confirm an appointment. Please use our booking service or obtain confirmation from the salon.
Services and pricing
We provide hair extension, loc, braid, and natural hair services. Availability, suitability, time, and price depend on the service and consultation. Confirm your service and total price before authorizing work. Results vary with hair condition, maintenance, and service selected.
Deposits and booking policies
Appointments require a service deposit through our booking website. Deposit amounts and cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, refund, and service-adjustment terms are provided before completing a booking or purchase. Review those terms before paying. These general terms do not create a new fee or change an existing booking policy. Contact the salon if a policy is unclear.
Business messages
You may message us about services, appointments, and customer support. If you separately agree to promotional messages, we may send the promotions described when you opt in. Promotional consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery and response times are not guaranteed.
To stop automated or promotional messages, reply STOP or contact 612-423-9480. For help, reply HELP or call the salon. A one-time opt-out confirmation may be sent. You may still contact us by phone or through our booking service. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or detailed medical information in business messages.
Respectful use
Use our website and messages lawfully. Do not send abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content, impersonate others, or disrupt our systems. We may restrict misuse of communication channels.
Website content and outside services
Our website content, branding, and salon media may not be reused commercially without permission. Booking, payment, Google messaging, and social media services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review their notices. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.
