Bonitas Shop at bonitasextensions.com is operated by Bonitas Extensions and Braids Salon Inc. This notice concerns our online product shop, which serves United States orders. Salon bookings and linked third-party websites have separate practices.
Information for orders and support
At checkout, we ask for your first and last name, billing address, country, city, state, ZIP code, phone number and email address. You may also provide a company name, apartment or suite and order notes, and choose a different shipping address. We keep the products, quantities, amounts and payment status associated with your order. You can purchase as a guest; customer account creation is currently disabled.
We use order information to process purchases, arrange delivery, communicate about orders, address problems and keep business records. If you contact us, we receive the information you include. For damaged or incorrect products, this can include your order number and photos you send for review. Please do not send payment-card details by email or include unnecessary sensitive information in order notes or photos.
Website, payments and delivery providers
Our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce with Bluehost hosting. We use Square for card payments and Cash App Pay. Information needed to process or support a payment is shared with the payment provider, including the purchase amount and relevant billing, contact and transaction information. The provider handles the payment details you supply through its payment interface. Saving card details for future checkout through Square customer profiles is currently disabled. Digital wallets are enabled where supported by the customer’s device and payment service.

For fulfillment, we provide USPS with the recipient and delivery information needed to ship the parcel. USPS also processes delivery tracking and signature information when the selected postal service requires a signature. Our owner handles order support and privacy requests through bonitasbeauty@yahoo.com. Information sent there is processed through the Yahoo email service.
Cookies, usage measurement and connected marketing services
WooCommerce uses cookies to maintain your shopping session and cart. Technical information such as your IP address, browser and location information can be used to operate checkout and estimate shipping or taxes.
We use Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic, to understand website traffic. Its documented processing includes IP address, browser/device information, pages and referring pages, event times, language and country, and WordPress.com identifiers when applicable. Reports available to us summarize activity rather than identify individual visitors. Automattic states that its Stats logs are retained for 28 days. See Jetpack Stats and Automattic’s privacy notice.
Our store connects its product catalog to Meta and Google for product discovery. The website includes Meta Pixel and Google measurement and advertising tags, together with WooCommerce event-measurement integrations. These technologies support measuring website activity and shopping interactions, attributing sales and assessing advertising performance, and can use browser identifiers and cookies. Meta’s integration also includes support for server-side measurement through the Conversions API. The Meta integration is configured to send diagnostic event and error information to Meta. You can manage cookies using your browser controls; blocking cookies may affect the cart or checkout. Payment and connected platform services describe additional choices in their own privacy notices. This notice does not state that continuing to browse constitutes consent to every form of tracking.
Retention
The store currently has no automatic deletion schedule configured for the inspected WooCommerce order/account categories. We retain information for order handling, bookkeeping and applicable legal duties; this notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. WooCommerce’s inspected application-log setting is 30 days. That setting does not establish the retention period for order records, hosting/security logs, email, provider records or backups. Providers may keep their own records under their policies and obligations.

Please identify the order or email address involved without sending payment-card details. Requests are considered in light of applicable rights and recordkeeping obligations; we do not promise automatic erasure from every service or backup.
